Cancellation Policy

Once you've placed an order, our system immediately processes the order request. Cancelling a order for items that are in stock or being shipped from the warehouse are not guaranteed. Prior to initiating a cancellation request, please reach out to us to see what the status of your order is. A cancellation fee of 10% will apply to all orders placed on In Stock, backorder or items that ship from the manufacturer. 

  • Special order items are non returnable & CANNOT be cancelled
  • The cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations of the items specified above No Exception.

Initiating a Return

  1. Head over to the Returns Center (Click Here)
  2. Provide the order number & the email used when the order was placed.
  3. Following the instructions on the screen, selecting each item you want to request the return for.
  4. Submit the request.
  5. If the request is approved, you will receive a email from providing detailed instructions on next steps.

Non Returnable Items

  • Wheels
  • Tires
  • Turbos
  • Turbo Kits
  • Electronics such as ECUs, Heads Up Displays etc.
  • Clearance Items
  • Opened Items
  • Special Order Items
  • Internal Engine Parts
  • Oils or grease products
  • Items shipped via a freight company (Big items such as hoods, bumpers, body kits etc).
  • Gift Cards
  • Loyalty points

Standard Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will receive an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. NOTE: All items are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. ANY item that is damaged, missing parts or pieces of the product, not in the original condition or have signs of use that were not the fault of Gaijin Performance will be charged the full restocking fee of 15%. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If it is determined the items was damaged at fault of the customer, the product will be deemed Non Returnable. If a package is visibly damaged in shipping, please take a video and multiple pictures of the product as soon as it is received so we can process an Insurance Claim with the shipping provider. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refunds to be issued back to your Credit Card used for the transaction. If you would like a refund via store credit or a gift card, that will take 1-2 days to become active. 

Refunds & Restocking Fees
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note all items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
